Do enjoy the ample shaded cockpit can be fully encl. as required & is fitted with soft upholstered cushions (perfect for an afternoon nap).

The centre of attraction for Sunset Cocktail Hour is at the patio table with 6 chairs shaded by the Bimini, followed by optional Al Fresco Dining at the cockpit table (can seat up to 10).

 Launch the 2 single kayaks or the double inflatable from the swim platform to explore quiet anchorages & white beaches. Snorkeling gear, 2 floaties, 2 noodles, junior water skis, banana blaster, knee board, fishing rods, & a double Hatteras hammock are included for your pleasure.

Hands on sailing welcomed & instruction is avail. The Saloon with 6’10” headroom features a Wet Bar, Computer Station, Ship’s books & CD Libraries, TV/DVD/Karaoke/VCR, as well as guitar, bongos & sheet music. Why Charter Hanalei Bay? You will be aboard a truly well-found and swift owner-operated yacht that is capable of sailing the oceans of the world. Hanalei Bay is our 4^th vessel. Franz worked with a Naval architect to design our charter yacht with your comfort in mind; a few key points are which:

Safety and Maneuverability:  The 42” stainless steel life rails provide a solid grip to navigate forward if you are inclined to sit on the bow seat while underway or just lean on the rails. Incorporated also, is a regulation child-height lifeline.

Aft Boarding: the lower aft deck swim platform is ideal for boarding guests with constricted agility besides being ideal for the impromptu afternoon dip and rinse off with the hot/cold shower.

The cockpit is huge (seating up to ten) which allows us to serve meals while you can enjoy your beautiful surroundings. The high combing is surrounded with pillows so you can lean back in comfort. The cockpit is also capable of being fully enclosed in case of rain. Guests frequently nap on the upholstered cushions. Moreover, the perfect place to congregate for cocktails is at the patio table on the aft deck under Bimini shade.

A Welcome Note:  In 1989, the shipbuilder proceeded with construction of the aluminum hull in Vancouver. It was remarkable and exciting to oversee and help with this major 2-year project from conception to launch. The launching party in 1990 was a dream come true  We are so fortunate to do what we like best. Our lifestyle includes adventure, travel, and best of all, sharing time with our guests. That is simply irreplaceable.
